04Client platform data

When we manage advertising or social media for a client, we may access the client's connected accounts on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok. We collect ad performance, audience insight, and post metrics only to run and report on that client's campaigns. We do not use this data for our own marketing or sell it. Our use of Meta data follows Meta's developer terms.

05Media and footage

When we film, photograph, or edit content, we store raw camera files, talent photos, and client images on secure storage. We keep raw footage for six months after the client contract ends unless the client asks us to delete it sooner or keep it longer. We delete media on request, subject to any legal retention duty.

06Service providers

We use service providers to run our business, including scheduling and project management (ClickUp), analytics (Metricool), file storage, and messaging providers. They may process personal information only to provide those services to us.

07Cookies and analytics
